First and foremost the hosts took it above and beyond when we anxiously called them after getting a “shelter in place” alert on our phones due to weather and tornado’s. Without question they helped us with a plan to get access to the basement if we needed to, which from the two anxious mom’s with littles in the house it couldn’t have been more reassuring. Having kiddos with us aged 2,4, and 7 the house is about as kid friendly as it could be if that is something you are considering when booking! It’s within a very reasonable amount of time on the ATV if you are coming to ride on the Cheese Trail, along with bountiful parking, it is on quite a hill so bear that in mind! That being said the VIEWS from the property are something to be cherished! This rental is my new favorite! The property is very private, but yet not far from many restaurants and shops. Everything you need is in the home, and the personal touches are just great…as treats are provided that reflect on the history of the home. The owners have put so much time and effort into providing a beautiful, clean and organized home. And they have provided information about things to do and places to eat and shop in the area. Sometimes so let's keep it going and make everyday special. I guess if I had to give any kind of suggestions I would say electricity in the bedrooms is a minor inconvenience. Window coverings would be great and It may get hot in the hotter months. Other than that it is perfect. These things wouldn't discourage me from going back for sure. Needed to add more to the discrption of property Cute place, well decorated. Stay was great. Couple things to be aware about.... No outlets upstairs in the bedrooms. They do provide a charging station outside of bathroom. No fans! They have 1 small window unit upstairs in 1 bedroom to cool the upstairs. This would not be good in very hot months. Bring fans! 1 unit downstairs, but its old. It works however made a really loud noise if it was over working. 9 people could stay however, only 1 shower to share. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Has to be pulled up on to get it to shut. The property didnt state that there was a grill, but there was a brand new one which was nice! No curtain on any windows upstairs or downstairs nor blinds except for laundry room. Price was right, would go again if the simple things would be updated. ##### Stormie F.
