About our cleaning fees: In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties, following strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces. Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us. And it is for this level of quality that we must charge cleaning fees. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding. \- Please note: the wood burning fireplace in the living room is non-operational. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and physical amenities in/on the property. Pets: One pet per stay (dogs only) is permitted with host approval only. Must be included in your reservation. A pet fee of $120 will apply. You are responsible for picking up after your pet outside; if not completed, there will be an additional $50.00 charge applied. Parking: Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There are 2 driveway spots. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is after 4:00pm. No Smoking: Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property. No Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property. Cleaning: We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply. Infant & Children Supervision: Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential. Trash: A rubbish bin is provided in the kitchen cupboard as well as rubbish bags inside and large disposal bins at the back of the house on the driveway. Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly and that the lids are replaced securely on the bins. Broken or Stolen Property: Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for. Inspections: The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand. Lost & Forgotten Items: Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Looked like it was a repo that had been ill-treated, bought, and then painted to cover up. The host was quick to respond during our stay, but never solved any of our problems. Only one a/c unit for entire two story house. Sparsely furnished with essentials. Thy advertise a coffee maker, but do t even furnish coffee filters. The few K-Cups the have are cheap Wal-Mart brand. Bring your own if you are a coffee drinker.On a culdesac with lots of kids. If you need quiet, this is not for you.Also, the bed sheets had not been changed. They were NASTY. We had to pull a comforter off one unused bed in the larger bedroom to put on the larger king bedroom upstairs. Disgusting. Lots of body hair and dirt all in the sheets. There was no laundry soap and we hadn’t brought any for just a two night stay. Bed downstairs was like sleeping on a board. Host said “sorry about that. Will make note of it”.They charge a 2500 deposit and it took ys three weeks of fighting them to get it back.
