The owner was very helpful with checking in and communicating before during and after. The house was clean and super close to the finish line of ironman Cozumel. It is very close to a grocery store and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Great access to the whole island, airport, and taxis. I would highly recommend staying here. I have been visiting this beautiful island for 15 years and Sandra and Phillipe are the most welcoming and attentive people that I have ever rented from! As I was there for a month, I spent a lot of time talking with them and really enjoyed their company:) Casa Serenity is absolutely beautiful!! When I walked in, it was immaculate. I am a clean and germ freak and for the first time ever in renting a place, I knew I wasn't going to need to clean anything:) All of the amenities were as stated and I really felt comfortable and at home. The walk into town is only 20 minutes or a short 5 minute cab ride. I feel like I left with new friends in Sandra and Phillipe and booked my next stay before leaving. I thought there was no way the place could be as good as advertised. It was better. It is 3 blocks from the venue, has a full kitchen, an incredible couch to stretch out and relax. The beds are comfortable and the whole place is spotless. There is a washer/dryer, which was important and a courtyard to build bikes. There was AC in the bedrooms.
