Ideal for families, it’s a great base to explore the region. Attractions such as Palazzo Tommasi (750 m), Parterre (1.8 km), and Porta Montanina (3 km) are close by. Cortona and Camucia town centers are 4 km and 7 km away, while Monsigliolo is just 1.5 km from the villa. Day trips to Assisi (74 km), Montepulciano (30 km), and Siena (65 km) are easily manageable. Inside, the cozy living room with a fireplace is perfect for evenings in. Outside, enjoy a large garden with a gazebo and barbecue area for al fresco meals. One pet is welcome at €7 per night, and private parking is included. Perugia Airport is 5 km away, with Florence Airport at 120 km.
