"The room was very clean, large/spacious, well-appointed. I was impressed by the complimentary L'Occitane products (regular bottles - not the chintzy sample sizes). If you need room service (or dine in their bistro), the French onion soup is among the - if not THE - best I've had. The burger is also tasty. The water from the showerhead was a little hard; don't know if it's just the intensity of the spray or if water softener is needed. Either way, it ultimately wasn't a big deal but sharing FYI."

"Great place, super clean and easy to find/check-in. The staff was very polite and responsive. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the utilities, plus the good-quality coffee - the umbrella came in super handy. Having on-site laundry was very helpful as well! I would definitely love to stay here again and highly suggest it for anybody staying for a couple weeks to a month."

"This was my second time staying at the Sandman Downtown in Vancouver for work and it was a wonderful stay. The facilities were beautiful, and well kept. The gentleman at check in was so kind and helpful. However, the gentleman at checkout wasn't very helpful in assisting to get me a taxi to the airport."
