8.6/10 Excellent! (3,100 reviews)
It was clean, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful. The downside is that the hotel is expensive (we booked well in advance) and feels a bit dated. The location is outstanding - right in the heart of downtown and relatively close to everything you can think of.

Hotel was very nice, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our fire alarm battery started dying in the middle of the night and started beeping. The staff immediately resolved the problem and sent an apology bottle of wine up the next day. Excellent customer care and service. The pool area was meh. Nice surroundings but the outdoor pool was a bit dirty. Personally, I need a communal pool to be spotless before I’ll go in, so we didn’t end up using it. But excellent location and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

"The hotel is old but clean. There was a hint of cigarette smoke in our room. The neighborhood isn't as bad as some reviews made it to be. For the price I would stay there again."
