Decent hotel, advice to check the room right at the beginning to make sure everything is working including fireplace, and toilet. Good ideal location right at the village close to the super market and walkable to the lifts also the free shuttle service was great. Hotel staff were all nice and Friendly.

Great experience! We arrived early and the front desk staff was so accommodating. Even though we were way ahead of schedule, she was very helpful and got us into our room early so we could leave our bags and explore the city. Excellent customer service!

The staff and the room at Paradox were amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive. We loved our stay there. The only negative was that the power outlets didn't work when the lights were turned off which created some issues for charging my chair. I would make a change to that if possible.

I was impressed by Andrew when we arrived, because we came early and he found a room for us. I should have read the reviews before we came to the hotel as I was not aware that the hotel does not provide "lotion." We went to the nearest store to buy lotion. We tried the swimming pool, but the water was so cold. It would be nice if the pool was heated.
