### 4DEMO46 - Collioure apartment T2 beach and view

4DEMO46 - Collioure apartment type T2 equipped for 2 to 4 people, in a village house facing the beach of Avall in the heart of the Faubourg in Collioure.  
On the 2nd floor, the apartment consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 places and TV) with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and small appliances). A bedroom with a 160cm bed, closet and balcony and a bathroom WC complete this property.  
You can benefit from the private WIFI and a garage for motorcycle or bike.  
Located in front of the beach of Avall, you can enjoy local shops, the sea and park your car in the city parking lots nearby.  
  
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels (with a large and a small towel): 8.00 €).  
\- Rental high chair: 15 € week  
\- Rental cot: 15 € week  
\- Rental wifi box: 39 € week  
  
The rental must be clean and in good condition. The renter is responsible for the cleaning of the house and can, if he wishes, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (rate communicated on request)  
  
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (no cash or check).  
  
Not suitable for PMR.
