The first strike was offering luggage storage and then sending me on a harrowing 15 minute hellacious experience as they “Tried” to locate my luggage when I returned to check in. The third strike was when there was no hot water on my last night there or the last morning so I got to fly 13 hrs home without a shower. I read a previous review with a management response that said the guests lack of hot water was an “isolated incident” but clearly not since it happened to me too!! How do you just not have hot water for 12 hrs?? Furthermore, the fourth strike was when the fire alarm went off on my last day there at 6am and it took 1.5 hrs to get back in. AND THEN when I went to leave having an urgent train to catch for my last days activity, the front door would not open.
