Lakefront! Paddleboards! Firepit Get ready for lake life at its best! This fully furnished getaway on Long Lake is your perfect escape—just under an hour from Green Bay. Set in the beautiful WI Northwoods, this cozy yet spacious home sits on a clear, sand-bottom, full-recreation lake—ideal for swimming, fishing, and water fun. The gradual depth (about 3.5\` at the end of the dock) is perfect for all ages. Enjoy nearby hiking and walking trails. Downtown Shawano and Clintonville are under 15 minutes away. Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam mattress. Closet for storage. Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam mattress. Closet for storage. White noise machines, extra blankets, and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available. Beach towels are also included during your stay. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats four, with additional seating at the kitchen island and the outdoor dining area. Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! The paddle boards are located on the side of the house. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. Tucked beneath towering pines along the shoreline of Long Lake. Most homes are modest lake cabins built mid‑century, now often updated, and owned by families living here long‑term. Traffic is minimal—mostly boats launching or snowmobilers in season. A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away. The grill is located near the firepit, and grill utensils can be found in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is stored on the porch. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
