Smelled of smoke. Property info listed 2 bedrooms, upon arrival only 1 bed. Horrible communication with host they are not returning messages or calls, trying to get a refund as we could not stay with not enough beds.

Disgustingly dirty, bugs/rodent droppings in the silverware drawer, hair in the tub, leftovers in the fridge dirty dishes in the disgusting oven. The owner is rude and arrogant. Run away from this place unless you like staying in other people's filth...

The cottage was clean. Location great since 3 blocks from beach. Property undergoing renovation in that open wiring in air conditioning unit but there was air conditioning. Slates on one of the beds kept falling out, there was no closet in 2nd bedroom and in the 3rd bedroom the mattress was lower then bed frame so would hurt knees to get in and out. Never saw property manager but he did respond to texts and phone call.

Overall disappointing
Check in was difficult because the property did not email the instructions until after I called Hotels.com. I had failed to see the property phone number on the reservation. There are three beds in the cottage and only two of them had box springs. This made it uncomfortable to sleep. There are exposed electrical wires coming from the walls in several rooms. It does look like the property is under going renovations, and when completed might make this cottage much better. The location is good and within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. There wasn’t shampoo or soap provided for either shower.
I was disappointed when arriving and we left one night early. The bed was broken, when booking a bunk bed was listed but wasn’t at the property. The furniture and property looked totally different than the photos. Everything felt dirty. I would not recommend this place.

This was a great stay. It was clean and very peaceful. I cant wait to go back. The only thong i recommend that they change is the ankunt of air fresher being use especially on the bedfing its very string especially for soneone like me with allergies. Other than that it was all over amazing. I highly recommend.
