"The breakfast was very good with lots of tasty choices. Friendly wait staff and a beautiful seating early. Rooms were clean and comfy. Check in was the only problem . I was delayed in arriving. My travel partner was hours ahead of me. Her name was not on the reservation. Hotels.com does not allow changes in the names on the reservation. It was extremely frustrating because I attempted multiple times and multiple ways to reach Hotels.com. Chat bots, emails , phone calls were all unsuccessful ways in reaching Hotels.com. I wasted hours with my futile attempts! While I highly recommend the Hyatt, Hotels.com created a huge and needless headache! It has convinced me to never book through Hotels.com again!"
