« L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, au cœur de Manhattan. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié est le vin et fromage, offert et à volonté, entre 17h et 20h. « We stayed for the weekend on a couple’s escape and booked a room with a view. The view from the 35th floor facing downtown was just breathtaking. The location was perfect right near Penn Station. The room itself was perfect and the shower had Kevin Murphy shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was some minor construction noise upstairs in the middle of the afternoon but nothing inconvenient. Our housekeeper, Kiara, was top notch. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Très bon séjour, personnel très sympathique et efficace. Nous avons eu un petit problème résolu en moins d une demie heure. Notre chambre au 27e étage avait une très belle vue. Les ascenseurs sont très rapides. La chambre était très fonctionnelle (machine café, bouteilles d eau tous les jours, sèche cheveux, appareil à défroisser les vêtements, enceinte marshall ..). Nous pouvons régler la climatisation à notre convenance en revanche la climatisation est trop forte dans les parties communes. »

« Tres joli hotel bien situé avec ûe tres bonne localisation: proche de Times square sans etre la ou il y a trop de monde. Personnel tres accueillant: mes deux seuls bemoles: le petit dej ou il n'y a presque rien. Pas d'oeufs, pas de bacon, pas de pancake... bref moin d'un petit dej americain que l'on attend. Sinon le menage de la chambre se faisait dans l'apres midi, soit quand nous rentrions nous reposer et donc pas possible de la faire. Sur 4 nuits nous n'avons et que 2 jours la chambre de...

Métro a quelques mètres vous pouvez aller de partout facilement. Bref je recommande"
