Located on a quiet block in the wind-free cove. Minutes to Palm Springs, hiking trails, water park, airport, restaurants & theaters. 30 DAY MINIMUM Private and gated home with attached garage and lots of outdoor living areas surround the pool. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a USB cell phone charging station on the night side. Barbecue on the outdoor grill. Meditate, relax and unwind at this desert compound. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. We have a cooler and pool toys. Crib/playpen & highchair are available. Great backyard with Pool, Spa, Pergola and Fire pit. Pergola has dining table and couch with lighted ceiling fan and electrical outlet for your laptop. Pool heat is optional an additional depending on length of stay. Please inquire for more information. 1\. Maximum occupancy: 6 people 2\. There is no amplified music allowed outdoors, , radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors, at any time .Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM. No swimming in the pool after 10 PM. 3\. Maximum number of cars allowed: 3 4\. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property 5\. I can honestly say when we had a question about ANYTHING, he’d typically text us back within 5-10 minutes. Centerically located, minutes to everything, too.
