Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. Well located in lower part of Old Quebec near Quartier Champlain. Near a lot of shops, restaurants, bars. Just 10 minutes walk to Marche Vieux Québec (like a Farmer's Market) and 5 minutes away from Musee de Civilization. This place is amazing! Perfect location in the Old Port and walkable to everything there is to see in Old Quebec. We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas in a "classic plus" room on the 7th floor and it was absolutely gorgeous with a great view of the Chateau Frontenac.
