Charming and cosy, this superb 39m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people in the heart of Cannes, close to everything. The apartment is ideally located, close to the Suquet, the historical center of Cannes, perfect to enjoy: \- Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 8 min walk \- Beaches : 6 min walk \- Supermarket : 2 min walk \- Restaurants / bars : 3 min by car \- Public parking : 1 min walk The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has wifi. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
