Al llegar por la madrugada toqué el timbre esperando que alguien en recepción pudiera ayudarme a resolverlo porque la estancia ya estaba pagada pero nadie salió, se escuchó que había alguien ahí pero no se interesaron en salir para nada. Yo estaba sola en la madrugada en un lugar que además de estar oscuro, estaba muy solo. Tuve que buscar y pagar otro establecimiento para esa noche, al tratar de contactar de nuevo con el lugar en las hrs que marcan como disponibles, jamás contestaron y tuve que pagar otra reserva.
