"For my money best hotel in London. First, location. Right near Buckingham Palace. We walked to Piccadilly, the theaters, Kensington Palace, and the St. James area (Lovely Jermyn Street!!) With no problem. Victoria Station right around the corner. Second, the physical plant. Absolutely lovely in every way. Third, the staff. Simply the best, most helpful, charming staff I have encountered. Fourth, the food. The Michelin rated restaurant soars!! Don't hesitate. You will absolutely love it. "

"10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful.
