The hotel did not have most of the amenities that were described. It looks old and shabby, and smells like stale smoke. The beds were comfortable, the t.v. worked, and the staff were very pleasant. But I will not be going back again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I was only there at night, but it served its purpose well enough. I wasn’t very impressed with the stains on the carpets, or the room service however.

False advertising No security at night No 24 hours desk service Homeless wandering the property No free breakfast No coffee until 10:30 Only had one cup in the room Outside door unlocked at night Owner responded to questions by saying he found it very difficult to make the property pay Although the hotel is listed as Wheatland the room door cards are Howard Johnson- see their review Never Again
