KITCHEN The well equipped kitchen on the first floor with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. LIVING ROOM On the first floor with the open plan kitchen, you’ll find the sociable living room set up with 2 sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy The lead guest must be 21 or over. The location is perfect however we had building works going on during our stay. I am totally happy with VRBO who have been excellent however the property management company were poor. Not enough cutlery/plates/cups for our group. Showers broken and the building works stopped parking on site which meant I had to park four miles away at the property companies offices.
