It is located on the ground level of a family home close close to Royal Roads University; Justice Institute Langford location and VGH for students and travel nurses! It is a short drive or a 30 min walk to the Esquimalt Lagoon; a bus stop a few steps from the door; close to restaurants; grocery stores and more. The suite is quiet and clean, renovated in 2023\. It is open concept with a full kitchen and small seating area - the couch pulls out to a double bed. Full in suite laundry & full bathroom. The bedroom is separated by sliding barn door & has queen bed with 4 drawers and a closet. There is a lovely outdoor space with bistro table. The suite is quiet, and walls have sound-proofing. You have your own private entrance, with a patio.
