Amazing apartment in the hearth of the Dolomites

A beautiful house perfectly positioned in a very quite and green area;
From the balcony you will be able to admire two of the most impressive Dolomites peaks, Pelmo and Anteleo. You will remain fascinated by the outstanding nature, from the house you can reach Venice Shelter (4 hours walking distance) or the waterfalls (2 hour walking distance).
A lot of shops and supermarkets can be found in Borca di Cadore (1.5 km) and an ice rink in winter or tennis and football ground during the summer.
The closest ski slopes are located in San Vito di Cadore (5 km) or Cortina (15 km).

L'appartamento si trova a circa 1 km. da Borca di Cadore, tra le montagne. E' grande e con buone dotazioni. Unica notazione negativa: frigorifero piccolo e senza freezer. Probabilmente a seguito della particolare situazione sanitaria in cui ci si è trovati, i piccoli problemi che naturalmente si pongono quando si entra in un appartamento non di proprietà sono stati via via risolti da remoto. Villanova è priva di servizi per cui è necessario gravitare su Borca di Cadore, dove trovi l'essenziale e, soprattutto Vigo, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Pieve di Cadore. Da Borca di Cadore è possibile servirsi della Pista ciclabile che permette di raggiungere Dobbiaco. E' un'esperienza che consigliamo. Il soggiorno è ideale per le famiglie.

Schöner Blick, ruhige Lage und geräumig
Sehr hilfsbereiter und gut erreichbarer Vermieter. Äußerst freundlich. Große geräumige Ferienwohnung, die genau den Bildern entspricht. WLAN ist sogar vorhanden, obwohl nicht in der Beschreibung enthalten. Geschwindigkeit ist mittel, da über Funk. Allerdings für Mails, Internet und Whatsapp ohne Probleme. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht. Danke an Lozenzo für die Gastfreunschaft.
