Wake up each morning to panoramic views of Lobster Cove at this oceanfront property in Boothbay Harbor, where you'll be just a few steps from Barrett Park and a short stroll from the footbridge leading into downtown.

This waterfront property comprises a two-bedroom main house and a separate, one-bedroom apartment on the second floor- an ideal set-up for several couples or an extended family exploring Midcoast Maine together. Both the main house and the apartment have front decks overlooking the water, providing you with two lovely spots for breakfasts, afternoon card games, and dinners of lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

Your visit begins in the main house, where you'll find a light-filled living room with a streaming-capable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on the deck, and a private washer/dryer. The adjacent apartment is similarly sunny, offering a separate entrance, a living room with a TV, an open kitchen, an indoor dining table, and an outdoor picnic table. You'll also have a gas grill for summer barbecues, free high-speed WiFi, and a propane firepit at the water's edge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
