Escape to our refreshing 700 sq.ft. Cottage, decorated with a soothing marine palette accented with artwork by well-known local artists and historical resort photography! Ideally located between the ocean and the forest, our space offers a tranquil retreat for your group. Spend days whale watching, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, and more - There's something for everyone. You'll love the picturesque atmosphere and rich heritage of this beautiful area!  
  
Our cottage has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom.  
  
Get ready for your day in one of the 2 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities.  
  
After a day on the water, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA with a lovely fireplace and beautiful decor. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the 40-inch flat-screen TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a mini-fridge stocked with Poland Spring water and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine and the view of the harbor on the private covered porch with traditional Adirondack chairs.  
  
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Spruce Point Inn, where our space is conveniently located.
