Some nice touches with toiletries and tea and coffee. Room was very warm, turned down the radiator but the windows did not open. Lots of ladybirds in the room in February? TV reception cut out when moving around the room. Sounded like the roof was leaking as a dripping noise from the loft kept us awake during heavy rain. Bed very soft and uncomfortable for two. Breakfast was good. The Griffin pub nearby was great.

Pat was a wonderful host. Very comfy room and dining/living room. Breakfast drinks and cooked breakfast available from 07:00 which was very convenient and a good quality. I got a single room, including breakfast, for £46.00 which was worth every penny, if not underselling itself.
