The condo itself is great but the management of getting into the condo is poorly designed. We were told on our booking confirmation that we would be able to check in at 4pm. We had a surprise dinner for a friends birthday at 5pm. When we went to go check in at 4pm The Summit Hotel told us that the condo wasn't ready and that we would have a guarantee entry of 5pm. I explained our tight timing situation and all they did was give us free drink coupons. Our group decided to try and push back the surprise dinner by a half hour and wait until 5pm to check into the Condo. When we went back to the Summit Hotel to check in at 5pm (our guaranteed entry), they told us the condo was still not ready. We had no where to park (they offered $20 valet), and no where to put our suitcases while we went to dinner in the village. We didn't end up getting into the condo until midnight that night, and were told we still needed to check out by 10am. I asked for a partial refund for our stay and was told they were not able to do that because I booked through a '3rd party vendor'. Overall, the condo itself is GREAT. But the company that is managing the condo really needs to step it up. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we literally got the condo for 10 hours.
