We loved our stay.
Clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly, good breakfast. We would stay again when we travel that way. We ate at the nearby Der Dutchman. I don't recommend the buffet. It wasn't the best.

I called ahead and asked for a room that would be in what many hotels call a "Quiet Area." When I arrived, keys for guests with reservations were laid out on a table, making check-in quite easy. They honored my request and the room was in a less congested area of the hotel. I travel very often for work. The price point for the hotel was fair but, even so, for this price point, the towels were thread-barren. This was very disappointing. The staff were always friendly -- day or night, for the 4 days I was there -- and the room was cleaned daily. But guests shouldn't be given shoddy towels.

Rooms are very old and outdated. Staff very unfriendly. Definitely sub par. Paid $228 a night for a $135 room and the staff told me Expedia was wrong on the listed price. General area is good.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not an exceptional experience for you, we always want to give guests the best stay possible while they are with us. Looking at your reservations, it does look like both were made through Expedia, one where you were to pay upon arrival and the second one was paid for upon booking. I am seeing no kind of rate change or anything and looking at your reservation on Expedia, the rates are the same. I'm sorry to hear that you did not think the stay was worth the amount you paid. We do have a hotel refresh planned, we hope that you'll come check us out after and give us the chance to give the the exceptional experience that we strive for.

Very friendly staff. Liked the way the rooms were set up. Enough seating. A table. A nicely arranged coffee area. Lobby beautiful. Liked the steps and the chandelier. Hot Breakfast options were limited. Tub drain didn't drain.

Room was OK but needs updates. No bedside table on outsides of twin beds. Breakfast was minimal - no scrambled eggs, not anything prepared and in warmers, no sausages, etc. Staff was friendly but no customer traffic to keep busy. Check out was unable to provide full account of bill for the night. Good stop if you are without without reservation.

We do have a hotel refresh scheduled that will do some updating of the facility. We have the required bedside table between the two queen beds in the room so that it is accessible to both beds, there unfortunately is not room for there to be two nightstands and still follow code.As for the receipt, unfortunately when a reservation is booked through a third party, such as Expedia, we are unable to provide the full bill as we do not have the amount that was paid. That receipt does have to be gotten through Expedia for the full balance. We hope you consider staying with us again, and giving us the chance to make the next stay even better than the last.

The room was properly sanitized and had a pleasing smell upon arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was a little sparse - no hot items. Overall this property was very good.

There are still those that prefer a non traditional bar for sanitary reasons at this time which has not warranted bringing on a dedicated staff member for breakfast in order to provide hot items. I think we will all be happy to see it return.

Hotel was nice, could use some updating in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The floor around the sides and back of the toilet were not the cleanest.
