The cmon inn is a beautiful spot with a very friendly atmosphere! Staff was very nice and seemed to enjoy their job, the property was very clean and well kept!

I booked a suite as there was 4 of us and I needed 2 beds. Upon unfolding the sofa bed, my kids spotted a used maxi pad. I called front desk and as apologetic as he was said he could not offer me a refund as I booked through expedia. He did not/could not offer me another room. The 4 of us slept on one bed together. I wanted to complain to expedia but could not get passed the virtual chat. We watched TV sitting on the coffee table as none of us wanted to sit on the sofa. Aside from that, the Inn had a great pool and hot tubs, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

I am not sure why this place has so many positive reviews. It was actually recommended by a couple moms to me as well as a place to stay with kids. The first thing I noticed when we walked into our room was that there were crumbs all over the floor, chairs and table. There was a broken piece of the fridge under the table as well. Hairs from previous guests on bathroom floor. There were also oily/greasy fingerprints on the chairs, tables and doorhandles like someone had just rubbed their hands in butter and then touched all over the room. Our sheets were stained yellow (used an lot) and there were visible sauce stains on both beds. I will try to attach photos. The pool was nice and seemed clean enough, it wasn’t overly busy for a weekday, which was also nice. The continental breakfast was also to be expected, It was decent. I don’t think we will be returning to the hotel based on the room cleanliness though. I found that very off putting. Even my 9 year old commented on the hair and food from previous guests.

The breakfast provided was excellent. The pool area and hot tubs looked great, unfortunately we did not take advantage of these amenities. We were not impressed with the bed, we had a room with a king size bed and it was not comfortable at all. It just wasnt the restful night sleep we were expecting.

I absolutely loved this property , for more reasons than one. It was so quiet, the hot tubs in the lobby area are private thanks to the rocks and waterfalls, it is a different vibe in a cool way with the little patios and unique design. The breakfast was the best spread of free breakfast I’ve experienced yet. I had fond memories as a kid in this hotel and that rings true as a mom myself now. Highly recommend.
