"The hotel is a maze and not easy to navigate. Not only did we have a difficult time finding our room, but I saw that many of the guests were feeling the same way. It was outdated and the room seemed old and not very clean. The bedding on the kids bed was old and looked dirty and the pull out bed was nearly broken. The fun club for the kids had old broken toys. "

"The hotel itself was nice, but considering the high price it’s not really worth it. They charge a resort fee for things like the gym which was quite minimal, and tours of the hotel even for guests had a charge. The location is great though and obviously it’s a historical place."

"Room was clean but bedside lamps were not working and front desk staff did not help to solve the issue, second bed mattress was awfully hard. Special thanks to the staff from the restaurant inside the hotel (10 vagues) who served us with kindness while we arrived at 10 pm, exhausted."
