« We got in very early like at 8.00am but we did not get our room as the check in policy is 3.00pm. We were told we would be called as soon as a room would be ready for us. We did not get any call. We got back at the reception at 3.30 pm and our room was not ready. The hotel told us we had to wait for another 10 min. We complained and got an immediate upgrade in a very nice room. A nice way to resolve a somewhat irritating issue. »

La chambre super très spacieuse et agréable . L’accueil c est un accueil 4 étoile et encore … en fait quand on paye 600 eurro la nuit on s attend à un accueil polie chaleureux et professionnel . Ce qui n est pas le cas dans cet hôtel . N y bonjour n y aurevoir bonne journée n y on où amène nos bagage en chambre … c est des Pt...

"Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour à Londres à l'Hotel Park Plaza County Hall. Emplacement idéal, vue dégagée (nous étions au 10ème étage) mais facilité d'accès à pieds à tous les commerces autour et points d'intérêts de Londres = London Eyes à 4 min à pieds, 10 min pour Big Ben et Westminster. Equipe aux petits oignons, tant par l'accueil, courtoisie et prise en compte de nos demandes. Petit déjeuner au top, de grands buffets et jamais de rupture de produits sur les 2 matinées où nous y sommes allés. (Passage entre 7h00 et 8h30). La chambre était propre, pratique (petite kitchenette, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire séparés). Deux espaces séparés pour la literie = coté enfants, et côté parental. Rien à redire. Et quel calme dans la chambre et les couloirs de l'hotel! Plus qu'appréciable! L'hotel est prêt d'arrêts de bus = pratique pour aller dans des quartiers un peu plus éloignés de Londres. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Tout était parfait. "
