My stay was very horrible i was put into a handicap room and wasn’t what I booked! The sheets was dirty asked for clean sheets had to replace them my self! Phone and refrigerator wasn’t working was told maintenance would be right up and they never showed! Result of that food spoiled. There was no hot water I asked for the manager several times manager never showed and never returned my calls

Over all was quiet clean had washer dryer to use...but as this was 4th hotel on our treck from Montana the bed was horrible soft and saging slept in bowl. But price was good.

Throughly enjoyed my stay. This was my second time staying at the facility traveling as a solo female. The front desk attendants were very nice and friendly(sorry I didn’t remember names). The property was to my liking as someone who battles with a little bit of OCD. Area is convenient to stores and restaurants and I felt safe. Whenever I return to visit my son who is college in BR this hotel is now deemed my choice of stay.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay again. The front desk attendant was superb during checkin and checkout!!

We didn’t have hot water the first night of our stay. Water pressure was awful and there was no housekeeping on the weekend. Other than that, it was a decent experience.
My family of 4 stayed here last minute. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This property is very modern and updated. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I did not like the receptionist she is not welcoming and not friendly. She asked for my card and swiped it without telling me why she swiped it. when i get into the room i checked my card and saw a purchased of $20 I called her and asked what is the charge for she said its for incidental fee and hung up. Omg..

This gets explained before we swipe the card, and there is a sign at the front desk explaining why we swipe the card. We understand your frustration about the hold on your card but we we communicated what we are doing, if it wasn't enough we apologize for that. We will take this opportunity to train our associates to better inform the guests moving forward...
The property is so out of date. No USBs, rusted window screens a roach in my room. The staff was very pleasant.

The front desk clerk was fantastic, so nice and helpful! The only issue we had was that someone near our room was smoking marijuana in their room and the smell carried out into the hall.

My check in was alright but my experience with the lady who work the night shift was horrible she was very rude and barely talked when asked a for a drink she pointed and told me to go and get it and just stared at me mad me feel like I didn’t belong there

I checked in around 7pm only in town for one night passing through. The young lady who’s name I forgot was very polite. I recommend because it’s near shopping centers and food.

They had roaches in my room. At 4 am I had a German roach come under the door in the bathroom it scared my 7 year old daughter. I called the front desk to change rooms because I didn’t want to have my kid restless.
