Please take into account the following important information before making the reservation: \- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change is not included during your stay. \- Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. \- Each additional guest not included in the booking will have a charge of 10 € per night. \- Arrival outside the usual hours: \- Our entry time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to enter earlier). (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having knowledge that smoking occurs in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment. \- PARTIES AND MEETINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 € (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
