The semi-detached house "Latin (RCA400)" offers a spacious two-story vacation rental with amenities perfect for a memorable stay. Enjoy the private 1'500 m2 fenced property with a lovely garden featuring a lawn, trees, and an above-ground swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, available seasonally from May 15 to September 16). The property also provides garden furniture, a barbecue area with a swing, internet access, and a washing machine, ensuring all your needs are met. Parking is conveniently available on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with the property's private garden, boasting lush greenery, a well-manicured lawn, and shade-providing trees. The vacation property is a 2-room semi-detached house with a total area of 62 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living/sleeping room equipped with a French bed (80 cm wide and 200 cm long), and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This room also provides access to the terrace. The entrance hall is fitted with air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with amenities such as one hot plate, an oven, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room with a WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature. Satellite TV (flat screen) is provided for entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances like a microwave, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Outdoor amenities include a roofed terrace measuring 22 square meters, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs. For families with infants, a baby cot is available. Wireless internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge.
