The Austin Grand Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences is an exquisite Mediterranean-style home nestled in a private, gated community and only minutes from downtown. The estate boasts a resort-style pool with hot tub, grotto & dramatic 40-foot waterfalls, creating a serene oasis for relaxation and entertainment. The impressive 8,000 square foot home includes an opulent double staircase entry leading to a magnificent outdoor pool and patio area. Inside, enjoy a fully-equipped theater room with surround sound and tiered reclined seating, a game room with a pool table and poker table, and a basement wine room with custom flooring made from wine barrels- a perfect setting for spirits or wine tastings. Each of the six bedrooms features a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort & privacy for all guests. The property regularly accommodates up to 19 guests with the option to host up to 28 with homeowner approval and temporary bed set up. Luxury Frontgate beds and premium linens will be provided for the additional guests/ beds. Please note that additional fees may apply, and all guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required. This property is pet-friendly with Owner approval.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
