Book now and craft your own story in the heart of the city! \*\*\*Kindly note, the building is currently being update. \*\*\*The building is a historic hotel that is being transformed into a modern apartment complex, so some features of a hotel are still present. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Along with the apartment, you will have access to some of the apartment's amenities. This includes outside seating areas and a gym. And while we have great WIFI and a private dedicated work space, you also have the option of using the public WIFI "Click Café." We do not have a washer and drier in our apartment, but there are paid washers and driers on site. Other things to note \- Please read our House Rules carefully and take them seriously. Failure to comply will result in extra fees and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. \- All guests staying at the property must be included in your reservation upon booking. Max number of guests is 4 people. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest will apply, and we might request that you vacate the property. \- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. \- Please note, Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. \- Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled. \- Any pets you bring must be included in your reservation. Parking garage is filthy & smells of urine. It took us over an hour to checkin. There was a car in our assigned parking space (which had the same permit parking number as ours). No central sir & we could not get the room a/c’s to work properly. The owner of the unit did a nice job making the space comfortable- with furnishings, etc. However, the building is in rough shape - peeling paint on ceiling, signs of corrosion on a/c’s, etc ##### Chuck D. There was no key card. Once I messaged them with this info THEN they told me the bulidinv changed their security system and that they temporarily had no way to give me access to the new system but that they could buzz me in any time I needed to get in. Long story short they never answered to buzz me in and they stopped responding on VRBO and gave me no other contact information. If it weren’t for other residents of the building I wouldn’t have been able to access anything and me and my two dogs would have been stranded at 6 am. Will never start with them again. ##### Anna T. Séjour de 2 nuits en avril 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Julie M. 2 mars 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful CLEAN apartment in a fantastic, walkable location It’s definitely not luxury, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, functional apartment in an amazing location, look no further. The Fox Theater is literally right next door. There is a small convenience store/grocery in the lobby of the building, coffee shop directly across the street, restaurants from fast food all the way to fine dining within easy walking distance. And a private parking space in a garage underneath the building is included! (Anyone who has stayed in midtown Atlanta before will know how big of a deal this is). We did have an issue the first night with a neighbor playing crazy loud music in the middle of the night, but as soon as we brought it up with the host the next day it was handled. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, small but functional kitchen (we didn’t cook so I can’t speak to cookware but they had wine glasses and a clean mid-size refrigerator and freezer). 2 large screen smart TV’s, free fast Wi-Fi.
