Modern fully furnished spacious open planned 2 bedroom basement suite has large above-ground windows abundance of natural light. Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer when you stay 7 days plus, and is completely furnished. The total living space is approx. 900sq ft. and offers a great and functional layout. Located in Aldergrove/Langley area and within walking distance to local shops, transit-accessible, 10 minutes to Hwy-1, Abbotsford airport, Vancouver Zoo and ample free street parking. No smoking of any kind. Small pets (20lbs) are welcomed with damage deposit. Wifi & cable included.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful.. the suite was very clean and tasteful. Tones Of stores and other places close by.. the border to the US into Washington is just minutes away. We felt very welcomed. Zero complaints, would highly recommend staying at this property!!! It gets a 10 out of 10 from our family!!!
