"The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a homely feel and vibe. Rooms seemed a bit small but I think this is a thing with Paris generally. The location was really good. Walking distance from some attractions and easy enough to navigate."
"This hotel was AMAZING!! An absolute must for any visit to Paris. Old world luxury with classic Parisian charm. Great for families or couples looking for a romantic weekend. The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived with our luggage to when we checked out. The hotel was packed but you barely noticed. My wife and i were in Paris for the final two nights of our travels through France. I reserved a junior suite and upon arrival was upgraded to a larger room. My original reservation was for a balcony so i went back to front desk to ask about a room with a balcony. When i showed them my original reservation confirmation showing a balcony, the staff at the front desk worked extremely hard to find me a room that suited my needs. In the end, they gave my wife and i a presidential suite at no extra charge as an "apology" for the mistake they made by not accommodating my original request. The view was incredible with the opera house on one side and the Eiffel Tower on the other.
Hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk to the Louvre with tons of fun side streets loaded with cafes, bars and boutiques (for all price points) to explore along the way. The Champs d'Elysse is a little further walk but again, if the weather is beautiful, which it was, than its a real easy one. Plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. Uber also works very well in Paris.
Can't wait to visit again, next time with the kids for sure. This will be our go-to hotel every time we go to Paris. "
