"Great location near Sloane Square and Cadogan Hall. We stayed to visit Royal Albert Hall for a concert, 25 minutes walk away. Amazingly quiet apartment, well furnished and equipped, very comfortable and friendly staff"

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. Have stayed here multiple times and love it. The staff is amazing, the bar (including food) is great, as are the breakfasts. The rooms are not huge but are well appointed. We will be back!!!

A very unique property with wonderful staff and fabulous location. I will definitely return. Had very lovely Victorian style decor and made you feel right at home. Special call out to Simon at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Also, very good cook there.

Luxury boutique hotel in central south Kensington location. Excellent service and amenities. Concierge service was extremely helpful. Only complaint was the lack of proper facilities for women to comfortably blow dry/curl/straighten their hair, apply makeup, etc. No mirrors near electrical outlet, nowhere for ladies to sit with proper lighting, etc...which was fairly frustrating for my wife.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right across the street from South Kensington station - easy to get around with connections to several underground lines and bus routes. Did not realize I needed heated bathroom floors in my life until my stay here. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!

From housekeeping to doorman, from desk staff to restaurant staff, all were very professional and made us genuinely feel welcome. We celebrated a special occasion and the hotel made it even more special.
The concierge staff arranged for flowers, bookings at the best restaurants that we ourselves could not get reservations at, etc.,etc.

Being a family of 5 means difficulties finding one room arrangements to fit us all. The Kings suite with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen/living room at the Taj was ideal and worked out essentially the same as booking two rooms in a standard hotel in central London. This was my first time booking through Expedia which saved $ and also scored free breakfast each day for our entire clan. (Moreover, this is the first time I have ever left a hotel review!). To be honest, I had never even heard of the...
