"We stayed at the west wing which has not been renovated yet. But, the room was very clean and charming (not as outdated as others wrote in their reviews). I was pleasantly surprised to see that each room had a balcony with city or bay view. The staff were very polite and professional and the restaurant served delicious entrees. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. "

"All the staff we encountered were so lovely. The room was nice clean. I liked having the little hallway before getting to the rest of the room. Worked out having the little extra space to store bags. Loved the turn down service. Valet was so nice and quick. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location is good, staff is friendly, rooms are laid out well. Furniture and furnishings aren’t quite as nice as other hotels in the price range I’ve stayed in. Beds are on the firm side. Did not receive any cleaning or maid services during my 3 night stay. Only hotel I have ever stayed in that requires you to wash your own dishes or pay a $150 fee for any unwashed dishes - felt a bit like an Airbnb cleaning fee to me."

"My first time staying at the Coast Victoria. It's a great location. I loved being by the water and easy to walk to downtown. The Blue Crab restaurant has a very nice breakfast. Next time we will try their dinner menu. Definitely would stay there again."
