We, a family of 4 spent 2 nights, so we could sight see and celebrate our daughters bdayand were super happy with the hotel room, the pool and hottub were clean, and it was nice having Dennys right there. Unfortunately, as life is these days, there were lots of suffering people in the parking lot, however, due to Dennys large portions, we had lots of leftovers to offer them, and spread kindness. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our three nights. Room was clean, check in was easy and fast, plus it was quiet and the bed was comfy. There was a lot of parking options (underground or lot). Transit close by and about 25 minute walk to historic Chinatown. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Good location. Friendly staff. Beginning to show age, despite renovations. Elevators, particularly the left (south) one rattles like a Halloween house, and front parking lot has the smallest and most narrow parking spaces on Vancouver Island.

Hotel was good for location. Staff was friendly. Rooms have been updated and were clean and comfortable. There is a homeless problem in the parking lot at times. This no fault of the hotel, but just to be aware. They do try to get them to move along. Overall a good hotel for the price.

We had a great stay. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Would've liked a better restaurant attached as The Denny's at the hotel was a bit old. We were within a 17 minute walking distance to some lovely restaurants and breweries.
