"A two minute walk from a well connected metro station. Location is excellent. Our room was comfortable but very warm and the carpet was pretty dingy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Zedwell is basic accommodation and that is what we paid for and expected. Knowing this our stay was excellent. Perfect location, very clean and tidy, good room temperature and we recieved excellent service from staff when we required it. I missed having a window, and unfortunately woke to some maintenance works going on in the room next door on our last morning. But overall we got what we expected and would stay here again"

"Overall the hotel is good and in a great location. It’s clean and the staff were extremely friendly on check in and also stored our bags for free. We were a little disappointed in how basic the room was. I think the photos make it look a lot more higher end than it actually is. I also didn’t realise there was no TV or tea/coffee facilities until we turned up which we had assumed there would be. "I always try and opt for this hotel when flying from Heathrow. The rooms are a little on the small side but always clean and functional. Always a bottle of water placed in the room as well as tea and coffee. Bed is comfortable. The only slight issue is that the cost of the rooms have gone up quite a bit but to be fair so have a lot of other Airport hotels. I would always opt for this hotel!"
