Very nice customer service with baggage storage for before and after your stay. We were in the attached/second building and our room was very cold. The thermostat did not seem to work but the bed and room as a whole was very comfortable. "

"Best shower we had on the whole trip! I'd give it 5 stars just for that, but it's also right in the middle of the action on the royal mile, and seems to be competently run. One warning, though: It looks super close to the train station on the map, but there are a couple hundred stairs between here and there. Save yourself and pay £10 for a taxi, or at least take a bus. "

There was a restaurant and bar. It looked ok, but I neither ate nor drank there, too many options near by. The lobby was pretty drab. The entrance was almost unnoticeable. Good value considering the location "
