"Downtown Cleveland near House of Blues, stadiums"
My wife and I came to Cleveland for an overnight to see a concert at the House of Blues. Had a great stay! Check in was smooth, people were friendly, rooftop terrace was really nice to have a couple of drinks and relax! Room was very nice and the gym was very well appointed!
If I am ever in need of another downtown Cleveland hotel room, this is where I will stay.

"Excellent hotel with chic lobby/bar/sitting area. "
I loved this hotel. My room was comfortable and very clean. I really liked the lobby/bar area for relaxing at night. Lots of stylish, comfortable seating areas for enjoying a drink, reading a book, working on a computer, or socializing. There are lovely restaurants and a coffee shop attached to the hotel. The area is close to the waterfront and Rock Hall of Fame.
"Super clean/comfortable room. great customer serv"
My room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a good desk to do work. Hotel staff were super kind and helpful. Wifi worked well. Breakfast in the room was prompt and good quality. If u need to stay in north Chicago area, this is a very good hotel.
This hotel is situated in the Downtown area and we could walk to most places of interest in Cleveland. We had a very clean and spacious room and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was also very good. In summary, we had a great experience and definitely recommend this very nice hotel.
Staff were fabulous. Was disappointed didn't realize had to request a fridge and microwave. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Can't say enough positives about the staff, everyone was very helpful and curtious.
If you're coming from out of town and want to stay close to Progressive Field and lots of restaurants and bars, can't beat this location! Spacious rooms with ice makers in the fridge. Perfect for families and groups.
A former industrial powerhouse on the southern edge of Lake Erie, Cleveland is known today for its service economy. It is also home to Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. The Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA) play at Quicken Loans Arena and the Cleveland Indians (AL) at Progressive Field – both venues are downtown. Art lovers flock to the Cleveland Museum of Art in the nearby University Circle neighborhood.
