Housed in the historic Arcade, a shopping and dining landmark, this downtown Cleveland hotel is four blocks from Lake Erie and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and six blocks from the Cleveland Convention Center.
The on-site Marengo Luxury Spa offers wraps, scrubs, aromatherapy massage, and a variety of beauty services. The Hyatt Regency's dining options include 1890 At The Arcade, offering American and Continental fare, and the 1890 Coffee Bar, offering baked goods and specialty Starbucks coffee drinks.

Lounge 1890 - Adjacent to the restaurant. Appetizers and light fare. Open from late morning to late evening seven days a week.
1890 Coffee Bar - Street-level coffee shop offers baked goods and Starbucks specialty coffee drinks. Open from early morning to mid-afternoon Monday through Friday, and from early morning to early afternoon Saturday and Sunday.
Room service - Available from early morning to late night.

“Beautiful and easily accessible”
Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade is a very nice vacation hotel. On the first floor of the Hyatt is a collection of shops - like a mini mall. The decor of the hotel is classic and the rooms are very comfortable - just what you'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. I would certainly recommend this hotel and anytime I am in Cleveland I will go back to this Hyatt.

Excellent old time Arcade is part of charm, with multiple shops etc. With in walking distance to all Sports arenas!! Rock Roll Hall of Fame also.

This hotel is in the downtown area and an easy walk to any sporting event,Browns,Indians,Cavs..). Very nice hotel for the price.

This hotel was centrally located to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Indians' ball park. We were able to walk to these attractions.
“Very pleasant surpise”
This hotel is gorgeous - a $60m renovation of an old arcade/mall. The rooms were clean and modern, the bed comfortable and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to Jacobs Field, the Brown's stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Science Center. We'll go back!
“Excellent”
The hotel was super clean! All employees were professional, helpful, kind and sincere. I asked to see a couple of the suites and they were more than happy to show them to me. Everything was perfect. Perfect location to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Browns stadium, Cleveland Indians stadium and restaurants.

“Beautiful Hotel”
I was surprised at how beautiful this hotel was inside. The room was very clean, the only disappointment was that we had requested a nonsmoking king room and all they had was a nonsmoking double or a smoking king. Great location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and cool bars.
