"Excellent hotel with chic lobby/bar/sitting area. "
I loved this hotel. My room was comfortable and very clean. I really liked the lobby/bar area for relaxing at night. Lots of stylish, comfortable seating areas for enjoying a drink, reading a book, working on a computer, or socializing. There are lovely restaurants and a coffee shop attached to the hotel. The area is close to the waterfront and Rock Hall of Fame.

"Not too bad..."
The only complaint that I have is that the walls are thin. I could hear the conversations of 3 men next to my room. They came back from the ball game and were having a conversation. I also heard them wake in the morning and it was not at all a loud conversation, just in normal tones. It is very convenient being just off 90. I stayed on the 4th floor and at rush hour the traffic was pretty bad and noisy, be careful if you plan to leave and turn left out of the parking area. I walked to the Wolstein Center for a concert and it was a nice walk and very near the hotel. The elevators were fast and always ready. The lobby was fine. I was only there for one evening so I did not have the opportunity to explore the hotel. The refreshment vending machine was sold out of 3 items that I tried to purchase. That was a little annoying. The shower was wonderful as well as the fact the room was very clean. The air conditioner was AWESOME and cooled my room very quickly. The in room coffee helped jump start my day. I would stay again.

"Pleased with Sheraton at Cleveland Airport"
Our stay at the Sheraton Cleveland was mostly positive. Two small issues. the restaurant was a bit slow with our order. Second, the rental car drop-off was inconvenient. We arrived at the hotel, dropped off our luggage, drove the car to the drop-off location, caught the bus to the airport, then called a shuttle to take us back to the hotel, which is walking distance if you're ambitious.

"Nice hotel, terrible paper-thin walls"
We liked the appearance of the hotel, with a rather contemporary room with very high ceilings and very pleasing aesthetics. The only problems we encountered were mostly hearing the people in the room next door talk when we were trying to go to sleep. It was almost like they were in the same room with us it was so clear and loud. The walls in the place must have zero insulation which results in zero sound proofing. Now, I'm not saying that the people next door weren't talking loud because they were, but it was ridiculous how clear their conversations came through the walls. So, room comfort suffers because of the loudness. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

"Quiet hotel"
I've stayed at the Intercontinental Suites twice, in e last year and again on June 27-28. My experience has been great. The hotel is very quiet. You don't hear other guests or noises. There is ample lounge space and a nice little restaurant.

"Good-sized room"
We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel is undergoing significant refurbishment, so my review of somewhat less than beautiful decor may prove to be out-of-date at some time soon. I liked that the window could be opened and had a screen on it. We did ask for a wake-up call for one morning which we did not receive. Quiet stay in a spacious room. When it gets updated, it will be quite nice.
