the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot! very clean, staff was wonderful, valet was great! The breakfast wrap was delicious as well! i will always look for aloft hotels for now on!

First of all, every staff member i came in contact with was well above par for customer service. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good snd well worth the 10$ a day. The 2 restaurants we went to , Lago and Soro were so good! The view from our room was perfect. The valet parking is nice but if toi dont want to pay the 40$ a day there is a parking garage for 26$ a day. So much to do is in walking distance. I will be back!

Room aesthetic was nice and on point. It was quiet and we loved how walkable it was to get to restaurants and to go for drinks. We will stay here again the next time we’re in Cleveland.

Property was Great. Enjoyed our stay. Reason for picking this hotel was it states it is only .02 miles from the Music Box venue. The .02 was if you could swim across the river,other wise it was a 25 minute walk or 6 min car drive.
