“Grand Beach & Miami Were Great”
From the moment we arrived my anniversary trip for my wife was made wonderful by the staff and service at Grand Beach Hotel. We arrived 3 hours prior to check-in time and were given our suite with ocean view immediately. The staff, service, and rooms were absolutely wonderful.
“Luxurious & Reasonably Priced Hotel, but Inconvenient Location”
This newly remodeled hotel was everything we were looking for: Ocean front, spacious suite w/ balcony, nice pool & fitness area, not too crowded, friendly staff... But with one major downside: It is too far from the excitement of South Beach. It is a 15 minute cab ride or 20 minute public bus ride to get to the popular restaurants, shopping, and clubs. There aren't even any restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel, but very overpriced ($22 per person for a breakfast buffet?!) What made up for the poor location was the extremely knowledgeable and helpful concierge! Anything we were looking for he knew where to get it in South Beach, and even suggested bus routes to get there. The hotel also has a nice clean stretch of beach, and jet ski rental nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and classy place to stay. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne on our last night! If you have a rental car or don't mind a pricey cab ride, this hotel is the "Best Bang for Your Buck" near South Beach!!
“Grand beach hôtel Miami”
Magnifique hôtel, entièrement rénové. A 5 minutes en voiture de Lincoln avenue. Situation plus calme que Art Deco, mais prestations de très bon niveau avec 2 piscines dont 1 réservée aux adultes. Petit plus, les suites sont vraiment des suites avec un coin salon et un coin chambre avec un lit King size.
“New hotel great rooms & facilities.”
The hotel is brand new. Everything is marble. The rooms are huge and very nicely done. Rooms are carpeted, have 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, living area and balcony as well. There are 3 pools (1 adult only). Location is on Miami beach. It is a little far from the South beach area but it has its benefits as the beach is private and very neat (not too crowded). Only nearby resort hotel residents use the long beach stretch. Definitely a positive for me and my wife who prefer private beaches. Service was good. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
“Elegant”
The decor is every elegant, rooms very clean and spacious. The bed is very soft plush with comfortable pillows and nice soft bed linens. We had an ocean view suite which gives a side view of the ocean. The rooms have a balcony but it's very small. The water pressure was low and the water was very slow to drain. The staff was very courteous, front desk, housekeeping and valet. The drive to South Beach is about 3 miles. Mostly high rise condos on this strip of Collins avenue.
“One of my best ever hotel experiences”
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! One of the best I've ever stayed in. On hotel condition, room comfort and room cleanliness (along with amenities) it scores a 5 out of 5. This hotel had all the extras I want in a hotel room: balcony (although you should note its quite narrow), 2 bathrooms (the 2nd one is small with a tiny sink so it's a bit of a chore to get ready in (no big sink to put all of your items) but with so few hotels rooms lacking a 2nd bathroom this is no big deal, good sized fridge, bathrobes, comfy bed, sitting room, 2 incredible TVs. The hotel interior is cream and white, the lobby is very attractive and the pool and beach areas are very impressive. The only thing that disappointed me was I thought the service was fairly poor. I called down for a few items for housekeeping (2nd blow drier, etc) and they never delivered or followed through. Also, the shower in the 2nd bathroom was ice cold and I had to call twice before they addressed it (the faucet was reversed so putting the handle toward hot got you cold water - had to figure this out later). Also, a few times when calling the front desk the phone just rang and rang with no-one picking up. I will say on the service side, however, they did something very nice. I mentioned it was our 5th anniversary and a nice girl at the lobby desk (Karina) said she would send up something special. Later that night, a complimentary bottle of wine arrived which was very nice. Overall, a VERY enjoyable experience!

“L'hôtel où il faut loger !”
Quel bon moment nous avons passé, les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et très confortables (2 immenses télés, salon, balcon) tout celà dans un dégradé blanc et beige. Hall d'accueil superbe avec un personnel très accueillant, magnifique petit déjeuner en bordure de piscine (leur jus d'orange un vrai bonheur !). Bref, une adresse à garder !

The value of the money was more then fulfilled. The rooms were very comfortable, generous and luxury. We had all what we needed. The employees were very courtous. We will always remember a hotel of dreams.
