De Lido Beach Club - Trendy South Mediterranean-style restaurant. “Sun cuisine” includes monkfish, gingered lobster, and grilled medallions of beef. Dinner only.
Lapidus Lounge - Cocktails and tapas served mid-afternoon through late evening in lounge. DJ-spun music Thursday-Saturday nights.
1LR – One Lincoln Road – Cocktails, coffee, tea, and light finger foods served in lobby bar from late afternoon till late evening.
Onyx 360 - Located on mezzanine level overlooking main lobby. Private dining table for ten. Dinner only.

“In love in South Beach”
My significant other took me down to Miami for a few days of rest, relaxation and reconnection, and the Ritz Carlton met my expectations - and then some. The service was spectacular and the hotel's atmosphere, condition and location (one blk from Ocean Drive) was wonderful. Ritz Carlton has one of the best hamburgers I have ever had (room service $15 tax not included in price but the fries are). The boardwalk behind the Ritz is definitely something for couples, families, and singles to do especially when walking from Ocean Drive evenings just beautiful and nice breezes. Make it a point to at least get in one of the jacuzzies at least once - great after a long day of walking around. I have stayed in three different hotels in South Beach before this and the Ritz Carlton beat them all. We have now adopted the Ritz as our official hotel in South Beach. I would definitely recommend.
“AWESOME EXPERIENCE”
I had the most amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. Not only did they cater to my needs, but they went above and beyond any expectations I had. Myself and 5 other friends booked 3 nights at the hotel. Our purpose for being there was for a bachelorette party weekend. We had planned to go to a tea salon off the property and was called two days before our flight to Florida to cancel our reservation due to unexpected construction. We explained to the Ritz Carlton what happened during check in and they decided to accomodate our prior plans by hosting a tea party for us in one of their restaurants. The Ritz Carlton does not specialize in tea parties (AT ALL) but some how they provided all the essential elements (light finger sandwiches, pastries, variety of flavored teas, and cute china). The sous chef prepared the menu from scratch, as well as a personal server was provided to cater to any needs we had throughout the entire party. We had a great time. The hotel concierge also arranged a representative from the car rental agency to pick up my car rental rather than me having to drop it off 20 mins away and then find my own way back, since I was not keeping it for the whole duration of the trip. They also checked me into the airport before even leaving the Ritz Carlton property on my final day. Food was good, pool and staff were wonderful, convenience and hospitality was great. I would absolutely return to the Ritz Carlton South Beach again.

“Best Hotel Experience”
The customer service was exceptional. My friends and I were met with genuine friendly faces and we even got a free upgrade. We had an ocean view, where we could see the beautiful pool and beach in the distance. The room was great. The bedding and pillows were beyond comfortable -- we didn't want to get up. But we did! The pool is amazing; besides the regular lounge chairs, you can reserve an actual bed by the pool. You can order food and/or drinks, but they come around with little shots of non-alcoholic drinks or snacks. They also have a "tanning butler" - a young college guy who offers to rub tanning oil on as a service - gimmicky but entertaining. The beach was beautiful, peaceful and you can also reserve lounge chairs and also umbrellas. We did not eat at the restaurants so I cannot give an opinion, although we did order food and drinks by the pool. I ordered guacamole with charred tomato salsa and it was delicious. The drinks, although typically pricey, were also very good. I am a tough critic when it comes to "overrated" places and meals, and I have to say that I did not have one complaint.

Staffs were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Location close to the beach, which is awesome. As a guest, you can sit on those beach chair for free, just a FYI. I didn't know that till the last day I was there! I would love to come back!
“Great hotel for older people”
The hotel was great but all the guests seem to be older. We're a young couple who wanted to stay in a very nice hotel but Ritz Carlton is meant for older wealthy guests. We'll come back again but as grandparents celebrating their anniversary.
“Loved It!!!”
My partner and I went to celebrate her 40th birthday and were treated, like someone else said, like royalty! The beds are fabulous--so comfortable! the room was clean, balcony huge, fitness center clean, spa wonderful, and beach service awesome! Yes, it costs a little more for these things but plan on it and then plan on getting pampered! The staff felt like old friends by the time we left after just 4 days, they were so welcoming, warm and accommodating! We will be back again!
