3 of the 4 elevators to get to our floor were out of commission, and was very slow and clunky. The rear parking lot entrance to the wing we were in was closed/out of service. I asked the front desk during normal hours for two extra towels, they only had one clean towel... ONE, FOR THE WHOLE MASSIVE HOTEL. There was a gentleman wearing nothing in the hot tub. The framed architectural art photo in our room's bathroom was covered in crusty old toothpaste spatter, all over picture frame and everything. Washed up, run down, overpriced. Should have slept in my car in a Walmart parking lot for free instead.

The property was very clean. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasnt working when we arrived. We called before arriving to make sure and then when we arrived after checking in found out that it has been closed for a few days. Very misleading

Staff was friendly and helpful. Large back parking area for leaving a car when traveling. Hotel shuttle available from 4am to 11pm. Does not run between 11pm to 4am. If you aren't staying at the hotel, cost is $8 per night to keep the car there. Less costly than airport parking, and the shuttle is easily called when you land (after you have your baggage)
