This Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day. The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. Guest Kitchen restaurant serves lunch and dinner. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary hot breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning. Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area, hotel-wide wireless Internet access, an area shuttle, 1,200 square feet of meeting facilities, and a 24-hour fitness room. Self parking is complimentary.

For guests staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes. A maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 lbs and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the pet fee encompasses this and pets exceeding are at the hotels discretion. All pets must be housebroken. Service Animals exempt from fees.
