Hotel location was perfect, across the road from the village walk. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. Check in was super fast and all the staff were very friendly. Room was really nice, loved the fire place. Would stay here again and highly recommended to friends and family!

Been before. It was much quieter this time. Had to wait 5 minutes at check in as employee was on break. Don’t think the deck in the room had ever been cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so had to wait a while. Was much better last year when I went.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The location was convenient, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. What stood out most was a gentleman at the front desk,Shiv. His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience feel easy and pleasant. The hotels excellent customer service really made a positive difference, and I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times, slightly more designer feel compared to the JW in the same building

The room was nice and felt clean. The breakfast was way over priced and not very good. The hot tub was nice but not nearly hot enough. The gym was super nice. Also loved the location.

We had a great stay here in one of the apartment rooms. Super clean, had everything you could need, in a great area. Highly recommended!

It is more like a condo, no housekeeping but that was okay with us. There was someone available at the front desk 24/7 to help. They stored our luggage when we checked in bc the room wasn’t ready til 1600. Overall it was in a great location, close to everything .
